House manual

Please refer to the manuals available at the accommodation for instructions on how to use the various appliances.
 

●Do’s

This is our home, not a hotel. Keep it clean and tidy. Take care of the apartment and its furnishings.
Respect your neighbors. No loud noise.
Turn off air-conditioning, heating, lights, and appliances when you leave the apartment.
Keep doors and windows locked when you leave the room.
Trash must be separated, into burnable and recyclable (glass, metal, plastic bottles). Separate trash according to labels on the bins in the kitchen. When full, please put them together in the storage box on the elevator hall. We will dispose of it after you leave.
Take off your shoes in the apartment.

No smoking inside the apartment
(including e-cigarettes and heated cigarettes such as iQOS , glo something like that) 
No pets
No parties/events
No unauthorized extra guests
 

●Other Notes

Check-in time is after 4PM, and Check-out is before 11AM.
Book and pay for the correct number of guests. To calculate rates, children are counted as adults.
Provide a scan of your passport. This is Japanese law for all foreign guests.
Do not loiter in the hallway or outside in front of the building.
The building security, cleaning staff, or neighbors are unable to serve you. If you need any assistance during your stay, send us a message via your booked site.
Do not receive any guests, and do not answer the door to unknown persons.
 

Check-in/Check-out

Possible to check-in earlier and check-out later than at a typical accommodation.
 

Check-in: From 1PM
Check-out: Until 1PM 

Please let us know if you are arriving on an early morning flight. We can offer more flexible check-in times.

 

Living room

The spacious living room space is equipped with an extendable dining table that can seat up to 8 guests at the same time, and there is also a café table that seats 2 guests, so you can use it in different ways depending on your mood.

And also equipped with a 50-inch 4K TV and a large sofa bed, allowing you to relax in comfort.

Kitchen space

The independent kitchen is equipped with an induction stove with two burners, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and various cooking utensils such as pans and pots. In addition, baby chairs and infant tableware sets are available for those with infant children.
*For health and hygiene reasons, we do not provide condiments.

Bedrooms

Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and a closet, so you can store a large amount of luggage.

Wash stand

Each room is equipped with an independent wash stand.

Bathroom

The bathroom is a separate bathroom with a bathtub.
 

Toilet

Washlet is available.
 

Laundry space

A 7 kg large-capacity washing machine is available. There is a coin-op launderettes in the building next door.
 

Other details to note

Towel and bed linen changes and cleaning will not be provided during your stay. Please use the washing machine.

There are people living here on the floors above and below. Please respect them and refrain from playing loud music or making loud noises. If the host, contractors, or police have to rush to your place due to complaints from neighbors caused by noise, you will be charged 30,000 yen as a response fee. In some cases, you may be asked to leave the room.
 

Guests who are not on the reservation list are strictly prohibited from staying. Please notify us as soon as possible if there is a change in the number of guests.
 

Surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance area. Although there are no cameras in the accommodations for privacy reasons, if a guest is found by the surveillance cameras to be acting outside of the contract (staying with a guest who has not made a reservation, committing an illegal act, etc.), the guest will be asked to leave the accommodation immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be given. Depending on the situation, the police will be notified.
 

Japanese law requires that a copy of your passport be submitted. After completing your reservation, we will send you a separate registration form address, so please submit a copy of your passport here (except for Japanese nationals).

Please take off your shoes at the entrance.

Please  always lock windows and doorways when leaving the apartment.

Please turn off air conditioning, heating, lighting, and electrical appliances when you leave the building.

Please do not using the washing machine after 9:00 p.m.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the building. If you are found smoking in the building, you will be charged 30,000 yen as a cleaning fee.*Smoking on the balcony is also prohibited.

Please separate garbage into burnable and recyclable. Please rinse all food containers with water before discarding them to prevent bad odors. When the trash is full, please tie the mouth of the bag and put it in the storage box in the elevator hall.
 

We do not allow check-outs with items that fall under the category of oversized trash (suitcases and other large trash) left behind. In such cases, a separate disposal fee will be charged.
